Really confused about swine flu vaccine?

im really worried about reading reports online about the jab causing miscarraige and im really concerned. my doctor said i should have it as im in two of the high risk categories as im an asthmatic and pregnant. any advice from other people out there who have had the vaccine or chosen not to? thanks for your answers.x
