My 3 yr old son has a fever of 102.3 and he has bronchitis?

i took my son to the doc's on wed were told he has bronchitis now today he is exhausted fever wont go down and he hasn't pee'd all day. when he drinks any fluids its coming back up and the corner of his mouth is turning blue ? whats going on
