Fish had babies- help needed :(?

Since you have plants and such for the fry to hide in that will help. Its a lot easier to transplant your other fish than try to move the fry. But based on your cirstances it doesn't appear you have many other options. I wouldn't change your normal procedure though as far as the other fish are concerned.
