How should i do my hair and makeup for my junior year winter formal dance?

Shimmer white eyeshadow on inner third of eye and tear duct. Light pink eyeshadow on outer 2/3. Black eyeliner on lower lashline or waterline. Mascara, light peach blush. A rosy pink lipstick or glos would work. And the usual foundation, concealer, translucent powder. And pull your hair up into a french twist or a loose bun.
