If there was a proposition on the California ballot that "Muslim-Americans Cannot Own A Gun" ..will it p?

The Dems here don't want anyone to own a gun. They just ped a law that when we buy ammunition here we have to be fingerprinted. That way the Government knows what caliber gun you own and how may rounds you have for it.
