How can i do this??? (please read!!)?

I fell fat. All of my friends are so skinny. All I see is skinny girls on the tv, On the streets, Everywhere! I don't want to stop eating and I fell like i should go to the gym or get a private trainer. And with me felling fat I fell ugly to. Can someone please talk to me and help me? If you have yahoo messenger add me please I need help and advice. Thanks! Oh and by the way I'm 12.
