Why dose my ear feel like its cotiney?

ok i was in the pool and my ear had water in it and 20 mins later me n my sister had q tips and it did not help and 40 mis later my ear fells funny like its sonds liek dares stuff is dare buts dares not its clen as can be my mom lookd in dare it look like q tips was in dare and my dad lookd and ok my mom is a lil crazy lol ok i was saying my dad lookd in dare and dare was noting in dare notingg he sayd its tooo clend and my ear fells like dares winnd or something i use to get it a long time a go but it fells muffeld sooo help if you cant i will see ome one lol and btw is it be cuz win your err is to clend???/ or what and what can i take for it
