How would I hook up this amp head to these two cabinet amps? im new to this stuff..?

Im going to be buying an Ibanez TBX150H Tone Blaster Guitar Amplifier Head, Ibanez IS412CS Tone Blaster 4x12 Straight Cabinet, and an Ibanez IS412CA Tone Blaster 4x12 Angled Cabinet. The amp head is 150 watts with 4 Ohms and both the cabs each have a 4 Ohm and a 16 Ohm jack on them. I just need someone to explain how to hook the head to these two cabs safely and what gauge of cables ill need. and maybe explain the concept of Ohms.
