I'm 13 and i weigh 182 pounds and i am 5ft 9, what can i do? I want to be fit?
I'm fat, and i hate it! I really want to change, so badly...in the mornings i have a habit of waking up at 5am and i just get up because i cannot get back to sleep, but then i have nothing to do for 2 hours! So i was thinking maybe i should excercise during that time! I have an excercise bike but i was thinking, maybe i should go for a jog, for like a morning work out, will these help me to loose weight? i have already cut out all of the bad foods i eat and i eat 4-5 small meals a day. Also will this make me fitter, because i am a terrible runner!! Absolutly awful, i always come last in all the things that include running, plus i get out of breath easily! I want to loose the weight off of my tummy, theighs, bum, arms and the backs of my legs! I am embarresed to wear shorts in PE. so i always wear my trackies..Every summer, (right now) my school does athletics, and by next summer i want to be much better at all the track events! So i got some work to do. Please help me, can ou give me an excercise plan to do everyday, to help me get my dream body?!?!
