Why do many Conservatives condone the MACRE by the Blackwater Killers against innocent Iraqis?

For many reasons. Primarily in order to justify the war, protect the murderous company, contempt and hatred of the Iraqis, considering them inferior, panic and hysteria in spite of the fact that no threat existed. These conservatives are so concerned with procedures, that they would even give Hitler a get out of jail free card, because the evidence against him was inadequate. This a is also an example that if people have guns, they will use them, even in the most inappropriate situations. NRA please take note.
