Do I have a Cold or a Fever?

If you have a fever then your temp will be above probably 100 (average is 98.6 but people vary) so just take your temp. A fever is an immune response you body does. It is acutally your body fighting off infection. Dont worry too much unless your fever gets to 102 or 103. You can get fever with cold or flu. As I said it is your bodys response to fighting off an infection. The best thing you can do is drink lots of water, take vitamins (if you have some) and get lots of sleep. I can stress the water enough. It will help if it is just something werid from the smoke or soda and it will also help if you are actually sick. If you fever gets really high then I would go see a dr. but a dr cant do anything about the flu or a cold. the flu is a virus and there is no cure. and a cold a virus too, again no cure.
