What is the property of the matter at 0 kelvin as it does not have sufficient energy for transferance?

At BEC experiment All thousands of atoms occupy same space and become a super cool blob. It is perceived that at that stage the matter looses its mobility as the heat energy it has is insufficient for transferance and is a super cool super atom. How this super cool stage arises in a super hot early universe as per B B Model?
