So if I were to rank countries by how socialist they are in practice what factors would I need to consider?

So I figure I'd need to think about economic collectivism/cooperative ownership as well as individual freedom because most socialists value that pretty highly. There'd probably also be small government that is less bureaucratic and direct democracy over republics and monarchies.
