Should Obama Change one of Bush's worst atrocities,.. "Black Water"?

There has been some very disturbing information coming out about Blackwater, creeping out bit by bit for awhile now. They were basically Bush's personal ins, sanctioned, immune from any sort of prosecution, and paid handsomely for it. Obama should get rid of them before they stain his Presidency the same way they have Bush's.
