Grey trademark issue. Corporation name vs DBA?

We started up a new company, and incorporated. Afterwards, we received complaints about trademark infringement. (it's very grey, but do not have the funds to fight it) Can we DBA as a different name, keeping the coroporation filing in tact, thus saving a little money? or do we need to completely file new Incorporation paperwork?
